We operate an internal complaints handling procedure and will try and resolve any problem quickly. If the person handling your case cannot resolve it the matter will be referred to Elaine Bradshaw, Client Care Solicitor, to resolve the problem. If for any reason we are unable to resolve the problem between us within 8 weeks you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint. A complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must be made within six months of your last contact with us and the Legal Ombudsman can be contacted at PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ.
